This week's featured photo was submitted by Kay from Oregon.  This is Gimpy.  Gimpy is a 7 or 8 month old rescue.  He is smaller than he should be due to his harsh past.  This morning Kay was having her breakfast while hanging out with Gimpy....well, he decided he wanted some fruit loops himself.
